retain your staff? Organisations in Ireland today are facing more rapid change in relation to diversity in employees and customers than ever before. Whilst organisational development strategies provide a framework for coping with change, there is a need for expert advice and support in the very specific area of diversity management. HTC offers expertise and support to those involved in this change process. Specific research projects range from 'Barriers to promotion and retention of international staff in the healthcare sector' for the Equal at Work project, to research on the specific training needs of international staff in the Health Sector for the Hospice-friendly Hospitals project and 'The use of interpreters in Crisis Pregnancy Counselling; obstacle and issues' for the Crisis Preganancy Agency.
Professional Support/Coaching We provide professional coaching/support for managers and supervisors on effective management and mentoring of diverse teams.
