Conflict Management Coaching

What is it?

Conflict management coaching is a structured process which helps people on a one on one basis, to develop or enhance their skills, knowledge and competencies to effectively manage interpersonal conflict.  It is a voluntary, confidential process which focuses on each individual’s conflict management goals.
It is suitable for anyone whose well-being or performance is being damaged by conflict in the workplace including Managers, employees or Board members.

Why is it so effective?

  • The approach is structured and finite. New conflict management skills are gained in a relatively short time span - so it is ideal for busy people.
  • Addressing conflict management issues in a one-to-one setting with the support of a conflict specialist results in new insights and skills which promote creative solutions.
  • Participants gain insight into themselves and the perspectives of the person/s they are in conflict with. New insights often improve a difficult situation rapidly.

What does it entail?

  • A number of one to one sessions, the average is 3-6 sessions, each lasting one and a half hours
