We
collaborate with our network of skilled associates to bring the necessary
expertise and intercultural balance to our projects.
Our
facilitators value and respect all participants recognising that they
are coming from their own life experiences with differing perspectives
on issues.
Our
training style is participative, interactive, challenging, but non-confrontational.
We
provide a broad range of learning activities in order to sustain group
interest and to facilitate diverse adult learning styles. This includes
short lectures/input sessions, case studies, critical incident scenarios,
role- plays, videos and group discussion. Our learning activities are
designed to ensure maximum transfer of learning to the workplace after
the course.
Our
preferred style of training is co-facilitation. This provides a synergy
of expertise, communication and training styles and enriches learning
opportunities for participants. Maximum group size for two trainers
is
30.
Our
work is informed by research in the fields of Intercultural Communication
and Management, Equality and Anti-Racism.
All
our consultants and trainers bring personal commitment and experience
to intercultural work.
